Karen’s Packing List

What did I pack in my bag? Well as it turns out, far more than I expected. And to be honest, 3 months into the trip, I’ve not once felt like I was restricted in my clothing choices… I have the perfect amount of clothing!

  • 3 x Long sleeve tops
  • 6 x Short sleeve tops
  • 4 x Singlet tops (for layering)
  • 3 x Pants/Shorts Combo
  • 1 x Shorts
  • 5 x Socks
  • 5 x Underwear
  • 4 x Bras
  • 1 x Bathers
  • 3 x Shoes
  • 1 x Fleece Jumper
  • 1 x Gortex Jacket
  • 1 x Duckdown Vest
  • 1 x Scarf
  • 1 x Beanie
  • 1 x Hat
  • 1 x Set of Gloves
  • 1 x Thermal Pants
  • 1 x Thermal Top
  • 1 x Hairdryer
  • 1 x Straightener (I tried to go without it, really I did!)

Since leaving home 3 months ago, I have found this to be more than enough. With a total of 9 different tops I am never short, and have something different to wear each day.

The pants are convertable and ultra comfortable – very lightweight but with thermals underneath, I’ve been nice and warm!
